Good things here
I had lived in this society for very long time, connectivity was quite good here with autos , cabs and rickshaws easily accessible there. Gyms , playing area and public parks were available here which catered to the refreshing needs. There wee no issues regarding cracks and electricity supply , security was also okay there. People here were cooperative and helpful.read more
Things need improvement
In this society, we faced several issues with the water supply. Water was not available around the clock. Instead, it only came at specific times during the day. Because of this, we had to fill up water tanks to meet our personal water needs. The parking area was not sufficient, so many people had to park their vehicles in the open spaces within the society. This often led to congestion. There was no swimming pool in the society, which was a disappointment for many residents. Additionally, during the rainy season, we used to face problems with drainage and waterlogging. Dirty water would collect on the roads, making the society look very unpleasant. These issues made living in the society quite challenging at times.read more

Good things here
Outside the society, there are nearby shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Good connectivity with public transport like autos, buses, and cabs is available within walking distance. The society maintains cleanliness and proper hygiene standards. CCTV is installed for security, and lifts are well-maintained. Residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrating festivals and events together.read more

The society faces water logging issues and the playground needs improvement. Additionally, the construction quality is very poor, leading to problems such as seepage, leakage, and plaster issues.read more

Good things here
Auto and cabs were easy to approach near by the society. There were good schools and hospitals near by the society. Good security system as all the area were under cctv survilance. Cleaniness was great time to time sweeping and mopping done in the apartment. People over there were really coperative and all the festivals were celebarted in the society. Rooms were spacious with attached balcony even proper vantilation has been provided by the builder.read more
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is poor as there were issues regarding the seepage in the apartment. There were zero amenities in the society and even parking was available for few of of the resdients only.read more
