Good things here

The region is inhabited by by well known education facilities such as school colleges and training centre. the adoption of better safety protocols like upgraded Street lighting has led to a more secure living situation. also there is market and other necessary stores within a short radius. read more

An increase in both private and business vehicles lead to lack of available parking spaces. the traffic is also a main problem for the residence especially during rush hours. it is nali the expansion of business areas and traffic jams and led to arise in noise and dust pollution. read more

The area rarely face power outages or water shortages, is a significant advantage. Both public and private educational institutions schools, banks, malls, and restaurants are all located within a couple of kilometre. The infrastructure is well maintained with most nearby localities having direct road connections. Emergency services, including hospitals are conveniently located nearby. read more

The condition of roads is generally good, but some areas needs to be improved because of potholes. During the rainy season and peak traffic hours, the area tends to experience increased traffic congestion and parking issues. read more

High attention to safety and security for residents. Best schools and colleges with excellent teaching facilities located within the locality. Roads are well maintained and connected efficiently with surrounding areas. Excellent public transport options with easily availability of cabs and autos. No shopping malls nearby. Frequent parking problems due to high crowd and limited space. The area suffers from low air quality. Few green belt areas provided. The society is not well maintained; local cleanliness and garbage collections are inadequate. Regular water supply issues; particular in summer. Schools are not close by. read more

The electricity charges are reasonable in this locality. Crime had taken place 50 years ago but after that there is huge security of patrolling police. The locality is well maintained and cabs are also easily available. Even Buses are also available. read more
