We didn't have any issues with seepage or leakage, and the parking area was spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone's vehicles. For those who needed to commute for work, public transport options like buses, autos, and taxis were readily available. Nearby, we had grocery shops, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges, making life incredibly convenient. Amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses were all well-maintained, and there was even a large park for the kids to enjoy. The people in the society were kind-hearted, and communication or network problems were virtually non-existent. I really appreciate the good connectivity in our area, it makes it easy for me to get where I need to go. It's also convenient having allotted parking, even though it could be better managed. The fact that the elevators are in working order is a relief, and it's great to have 24/7 water and electricity without any issues. I'm grateful that there are no problems with leakage or seepage in the building. Additionally, having amenities like a gym and clubhouse is a nice perk. It's a relief knowing that we have amenities like parking space, visitor parking, and a good security system with CCTV and security guards. The functioning lifts and open spaces are also great features. However, I can't help but feel a bit disappointed about the absence of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas for kids.
