I really appreciate the good connectivity in our area, it makes it easy for me to get where I need to go. It's also convenient having allotted parking, even though it could be better managed. The fact that the elevators are in working order is a relief, and it's great to have 24/7 water and electricity without any issues. It's a relief knowing that we have amenities like parking space, visitor parking, and a good security system with CCTV and security guards.
