We benefit from uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, providing peace of mind. The society's maintenance was top-notch, and the construction quality was truly impressive. We didn't have any issues with seepage or leakage, and the parking area was spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone's vehicles. Connectivity was outstanding, making everything easily accessible for residents. For those who needed to commute for work, public transport options like buses, autos, and taxis were readily available. Nearby, we had grocery shops, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges, making life incredibly convenient. Amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses were all well-maintained, and there was even a large park for the kids to enjoy. The people in the society were kind-hearted, and communication or network problems were virtually non-existent. Plus, we never had any issues with water supply, and security was tight, providing residents with peace of mind. read more

Good things here
I really appreciate the good connectivity in our area, it makes it easy for me to get where I need to go. It's also convenient having allotted parking, even though it could be better managed. The fact that the elevators are in working order is a relief, and it's great to have 24/7 water and electricity without any issues. I'm grateful that there are no problems with leakage or seepage in the building. Additionally, having amenities like a gym and clubhouse is a nice perk. The fact that the CCTV is working provides an extra layer of security, and I'm thankful for the friendly atmosphere created by our residents. read more

One issue is that the rules for allotted parking aren't always followed, which can lead to frustration. Good things here
It's a relief knowing that we have amenities like parking space, visitor parking, and a good security system with CCTV and security guards. The functioning lifts and open spaces are also great features. However, I can't help but feel a bit disappointed about the absence of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas for kids. Despite this, I'm grateful that we don't face major electricity issues. Perhaps I could initiate a discussion within the community about the possibility of adding these amenities in the future.
