Good things here

We have a lot of open space where I enjoy walking in the evening, and children enjoy playing. Connectivity-wise, there is a petrol bunk, ATM, bus stop, supermarkets, and a school within 1 km. The area has street lights and ample parking space. The management takes care of maintenance, including proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. We have good water and power supply, and the lift functions well. The construction is excellent, with large, spacious rooms that get good ventilation. Amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a badminton court, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a community hall. The people here are friendly and cooperative. read more

Good things here

I used to live in this society and had no issues during my stay. Maintenance was perfect with no problems with the lift, cleaning, garbage collection, or other maintenance tasks. Connectivity was great as Ola and Uber never canceled rides, and railway stations and airports were not far away. We had all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they were always in perfect condition. The construction was solid with no seepage, leakage, cracks, or termite issues. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to live. read more

Good things here

There has never been an issue with leakage or seepage in the society. There is enough greenery around. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The lifts are in good condition. Cleanliness is maintained, and the residents are cooperative. read more

Recently, we faced water crises in the society. The maintenance charges are slightly high. Although there is a library in the society, it is not functional. There is a traffic issue in the nearby area during weekends. The metro station is 3 km away from the society. read more
