Living here is a pleasure, thanks to the excellent connectivity and easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. The construction quality is top-notch, with no seepage issues, proper ventilation, and high-quality plaster and fittings. Each resident enjoys designated parking, and rules are diligently followed. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation further enhances cleanliness. Reliable electricity and water supply are a boon. The availability of a play area adds to the community's charm, and the neighbors are friendly and supportive. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, while CCTV cameras and security guards provide added safety. read more
