Good things here

Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby . People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities. read more

Things need improvement

There are no amenities like swimming pool, gym or clubhouse , there is only a park in the society . No other issues in the society , its a great society to live in with all the facilities available and well maintained. read more

Good things here

Connectivity in the area is really good. It has excellent internet access, making it suitable for work-from-home setups. The power backup is reliable, and garbage collection services are efficient�they collect wet and dry waste separately. Public transportation, such as buses, is available within walking distance, which is very convenient. Hospitals are located within 2-3 kilometers of the area, ensuring easy access to medical facilities. The greenery in the area is impressive, contributing to a pleasant environment. Additionally, there is a kids' play area equipped with basic amenities. read more

Things need improvement

Facilities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and a kids' park are available but not easily accessible in this area. Maintenance charges are high at 2. 5 rupees per square foot that we are paying here. Construction quality varies; some apartments are better maintained than others. The nearest metro station is over 2 kilometers away. Cleanliness standards in the area are not satisfactory; there is a need for improvement. read more
