Living here is not expensive; you can easily find a two-bedroom kitchen segment for under 10000 rupees. There are parks for children and the elderly, a Kendriya Vidyalaya within walking distance, and a government hospital for emergencies and routine exams. There is adequate public transport. There is some excellent MCD work. Metro station is a five-minute walk away. All necessary products are easily accessible. The weekly market is extensive, with all seasonable vegetables and fruits available. During the rainy season, there is an issue with water drainage. The streets are flooded.
