The best part about this place is how easy it is to get to IT hubs, malls, and hospitals. Plus, they keep everything in good shape with regular maintenance, and the charges are fair. read more

The possession got delayed, and they're not great at keeping us updated. Also, I'm worried about the construction quality, especially the thin walls. read more

On the downside, the constant delays in possession are frustrating, with excuses being given instead of clear answers. The lack of response to emails and passing calls from one person to another only adds to the frustration. The poor customer service leaves much to be desired and needs improvement. read more

Living here is great because it's so easy to get to malls, hospitals, and markets. It really makes my day-to-day life a lot smoother. Plus, the amenities in the project are pretty good, so it's comfortable and enjoyable to live here. read more

It's been a bit of a struggle with the delayed possession � definitely frustrating and inconvenient. And to make matters worse, it's been tough getting any response from the builder, and the customer service hasn't been great either. Plus, there are worries about the construction quality, especially with the thin inner walls � not sure how durable they'll be in the long haul. read more
