my home here has easy to find address. The maintenance needs lots of improvement. There is abundant parking space for visitors outside the building. The security setup needs work.

I found that there is a bit of drainage problem and water comes into the underground parking from nearby lake. And the maintenance is not up to point and because of that it starts smelling as it's not cleaned on time.
