This Area is a having a good environment condition and having a all necessary facilities available, environment of area is peaceful and natural, having a school, mall , gyms , hospitals in this area, market at walkable distance, safe at night time, have a Proper regular time make police petroling, Residential view of this area also good for investment or living with family and friends, having a some big companies are available in this area, good public transport facilities, easily getting a cab or autorickshaw, also have in this area of societies have security and CCTV , good area as I have been living from 2 years Not any issue I found so just go for it...... read more

Good things here

Pashan is a beautiful and developing place. This place has good employment opportunities, symboisis college nearby. Pashan has good public transport option ranging from government buses to local trains. There are plenty street signs on the roads to help the people. There are traffic police at major intersections which helps the traffic low. Pune municipal corporation provides fresh water to the locality and there is no scarcity. read more

Things need improvement

There is frequent construction activities on the road due to which one way is block. During peak hours with congestions on the street the commute towards airport could take 1h 30 mins. The garbage trucks doesn't come everyday to collect the garbages. After 10 pm, most of the shops are shut down so it's hard to get essential supply during the night time.They aren't many street lights on the services roads and most are situated on the main roads. read more

There is very less pollution in our locality and the buses cabs are easily available in our area. they are so many beautiful places in our area at wakable distance and the water is continuously available all time. the good hotels restaurants grocery shops are available nearby. read more
