The house is in a BDA residential layout, with 40ft roads that allow car parking on both sides with plenty of room left for traffic in between.
The neighbors are friendly, and there are multiple BDA parks that you can walk to including the award winning Buddha Park.
There are multiple schools nearby including KLE, Orchids International, and Vidyanitetan Public School, and Fortis Hospital Nagarbhavi is a 5 minute drive away.read more

There's no mall (and hence no multiplex) that's in the locality. Orion mall is about a 30 minute drive which is where we used to go to. There are other malls on Magadi Road and in RR Nagar that are closer, but not as big as Orion.read more
