Public transportation is not good because of huge traffic and poor condition of the roads. The locality is very clean, the properties are affordable. there are large number of schools and shopping malls within the neighbourhood. The street lights are properly maintained and makes this place quiet safe for the people

Gunjur has all the required facilities, it has good connectivity to other places and is safe even during nighttime. properties are quiet affordable and this place is peaceful. However, recently there have been some cases of children getting stung by bees because of the beehives forming on the trees and no one from the municipality got it removed.
