Good things here
A beautiful Lake for walking and playing for children's with amazing view and also for relaxation
And there are three line with road with some green spaces look stunning and there is also shopping hub market named Malleshwaram market and likely air quality is relatively good due to so many trees and green trees surrounding well maintain drainage system and waste management is also good and good thing is friendly neighbourhood with supportive nature main thing lot of school and colleges nearby and have some reported hospitals like Manipal Columbia overall this area is good for living.read more
Things need improvement
There is some drawbacks of this area is a heavy traffic sometimes specially during the peak hours and office timing in school timing and somewhere there is a lot of noise from vehicles and construction site and have a limited parking area. Some of construction works cause dust and noise pollution and some area have insufficient light and also air pollution from heavy traffic of vehicle. Water logging during rainy seasons in some areas and main thing is scarcity of water and road condition is not well in the sense of bottles on the road in many places of daily using road.read more
