The amenities within a 2 km radius are impressive, encompassing a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis court, garden, kids' play area, and a walking track. Maintenance is top-notch, with the overall apartment kept clean and hygienic. There's a continuous 24-hour water and power supply, and residents diligently collect garbage daily, segregating dry and wet waste,Connectivity-wise, the community is conveniently located, with easy access to supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, theaters, and restaurants within a 2 km radius. Despite past seepage issues, promptly addressed by the committee, maintenance is exceptional, ensuring cleanliness, proper garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts.
