Good things here

Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. Power backup is available in the city. People are very friendly. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect regularly and segregate waste. People are very excited about festival celebrations; the atmosphere is very festive and enjoyable. Installations of festival decorations are well organized in the city; there is always something going on, making it very lively. Public transportation is very convenient, with bus stops available within walking distance. There are many visitor attractions nearby, making it very convenient for visitors.read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity is very reliable if we book cabs and auto-rickshaws through online platforms it will cancel automatically. . However, parking spaces for residents seem limited and sometimes congested in the society. Maintenance charges are expectedly high. Greenery seems to be lacking in some parts of the city.read more

Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if we book Ola or Uber, which is very convenient. Water facilities are very good, with power backups available. Garbage collection is efficient; they will collect daily without any inconvenience. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with the building's structure. Parking areas are very spacious. Greenery in the society is very good. The living conditions in the society are very pleasant and clean. Hospitals are available within the city. There is visitor parking available. Maintenance charges are reasonable.read more

Public transportation is available but far from the area, around 3-4 km away, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro service available in the vicinity, which is also very inconvenient.read more

Good things here

I am a former resident and I left the society two years ago in 2022, I had a very positive experience. Connectivity was good with easy access to autos, cabs, and the metro. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Security was reliable with CCTV in place, and parking, including guest parking, was ample and convenient. I had no issues with anything and found living there very comfortable. Maintenance was excellent with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. The amenities, including the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, were well-maintained.read more

I had no major issues during my stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the railway station and airport were far away, which could be a bit of a hassle. But rest everything was great.read more

Traffic is a common issue in Bangalore. Due to working from home, I don't have much experience with transportation connectivity. Construction quality is average, with issues such as hollow tiles that often come off the walls. The children's play area needs improvement as some rides are broken, posing a risk of injury.read more

Street lights are functional, and amenities such as basketball, table tennis, lawn tennis, a children's play area, a walking track, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. Maintenance includes regular cleaning with a maintenance charge of 4000. Garbage collection is conducted daily. Construction quality is excellent, ensuring well-ventilated rooms without any issues.read more
