Maintenance charges are expensive in this city, especially with GST included. The amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and table tennis are not available in every society. Landscaping is still ongoing in the society. There is a traffic issue outside due to a signal opposite the society, causing a lot of congestion.read more

Garbage collection is good; they collect daily in the society. The construction quality is very good; there are no issues with noise, seepages, or leaks in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 100 meters from the society, which is very convenient. The metro is available within 50 meters, making it extremely convenient. Hospitals are available within a walkable distance from the society, which is very convenient.read more
