Building quality is subpar, plagued by problems such as leakage and seepage issues, particularly noticeable with roof leaks in the parking area leading to water logging. Moreover, essential amenities like a swimming pool are absent, further impacting resident satisfaction. Good things here
The location is well-connected, close to many malls and schools, which makes daily tasks and commuting easier. The society also has a big playground, plenty of parking, and well-kept roads, all improving residents' quality of life.
