Amrut nagar has become a place that feels like home, largely may be because of its silent environment. The standout positives of living here is the greenery that surrounds the area. The area has also seen some infrastructural developments over the years, with improved roads and better public amenities which have enhanced the overall living experience.read more

Things need improvement

The road may sometimes get jammed which turns commutes into long,tiresome journeys. This thing has only worsened over time as more people move into the area. Particularly at night, noise pollution can be an issue due to its proximity to major famous roads when the sound of traffic and honking can disrupt the quietness of this area for the residents peacefully living.read more

Founder Velji Harkha Patel, resilient in the face of partition challenges, successfully relocated to India and forged ahead with unwavering determination. His hard work and trustworthiness fostered numerous collaborations and successes, notably pioneering the “Ownership-housing” concept in real estate with Shri Ishwardas Bhatia, challenging the then prevailing “Pagdi” system. The organization, rebranded as Neelkanth Group in 2000, has left an indelible mark on the Mumbai Real Estate Industry with landmark projects like the Tardeo AC Market, Tilak Nagar Housing Colony, the not-for-profit TB relief Sarvoday Hospital, the first gated-community Neelkanth Valley, BKC’s first private commercial building Fortune 2000, the recent award winning MHADA redevelopment project Neelkanth Regent and many more.
