Good things here
The basic amenities like gym, swimming pool is available in the society. The place is well-ventilated and clean. People are also quiet and friendly here. We have a lot problem of maintenance, there is always an issue with the bathroom, and kitchen, also, I have a lot of cockroaches in my kitchen. The management also responds after several calls. Speaking of transportation, it is not very easily available from here, it's way far to get a metro.read more

Good things here
Connectivity, including cabs and internet, is easily accessible, making life convenient for residents. The community is friendly and cooperative. Water facilities are available 24/7 and are very reliable, with power backups in place. Garbage collection is well-organized, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. The society offers well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and a kids' play area. Maintenance is top-notch, and there are spacious parking areas along with designated visitor parking.read more

While the society has many conveniences, the construction quality is lacking, with some leaks causing inconvenience. Additionally, the maintenance charges are quite expensive.read more

Good things here
I was a former resident there, and the elevators were always well-maintained. There were CCTV cameras and security guards available. Garbage collection was regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply were available 24/7. Each resident had designated parking, and the neighbours were very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other.read more
Things need improvement
There was no public transport nearby and only one market near, plus frequent water logging used to happen. Dampness, leakage, and rusting were common issues. Additionally, a membership was needed to access the amenities.read more

Transportation connectivity is good with no traffic issues. Parking options include basement facilities. The construction quality is good, ensuring well-ventilated spaces. Maintenance is also good, and auto and cab services are easily available.read more

Being new here, I can't comment on the people yet. However, the society is a very good place to stay with everything available and well-maintained. I feel there are no improvements required.read more

The construction quality in the society is lacking, evidenced by seepage issues in the bathrooms. Additionally, facilities are only available outside the society premises. There is no power backup in case of power cuts, and while water is provided, its quality is poor, being hard. Moreover, the buildings, which are over 10 years old.read more
