these villas are very spacious andvide road in front low density so calm and cool place to live well maintained security is also decent maintaince charge is also normal full power backup is there in case there is a powercut good schools like dps, maitriklkiran rps, xaviers etc in the vicinity, good doctors are in the vicinity, aarry hospital is nearby. sapphire 83 is closebyread more

Schools and Hospitals are available nearby the society. Metro station is situated at walking distance. Auto and cabs facilites are available. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed in the society. Ventilation and sunlight is proper. Neighbours of the society are very decent and helpful. Electricity supply is available 24*7. Water supply is all there at all times. Painting is done. Parking area is maintained.read more

The society has a major issue of mobile network connectivity in the area especially with Jio Sims. Residents are also facing seepage and water logging problem which becomes severe in rainy season.read more

Things need improvement

The condition of the roads in the society is incredibly disappointing that they're in such a poor state, making it difficult for auto-rickshaws to navigate and causing inconvenience for residents. Having only one gate for entry and exit is indeed a major inconvenience, especially during peak times when traffic can build up. It's disheartening that the promises made by the management have not been fulfilled. The lack of maintenance is evident from the chipping paint and walls that worsen during the rainy season, leading to flooding issues. The overall lack of connectivity further compounds the dissatisfaction with the living situation. It's frustrating to see the absence of basic facilities like a swimming pool, especially when they're often considered essential in modern societies.read more
