The location is pretty good with business area nearby. Sheth Avante is a specious ready-to-move project developed. Project is stuck since and No construction done yet. Builder is completely unprofessional. I don't think i will ever get my booked flat. This is completely unprofessional from the developer. Waiting for some positive news.
