Good things here

Maintenance services in this society are efficient, with issues promptly resolved by the management. There are no significant problems with power backup or water supply. The neighborhood is pleasant, and I haven't encountered any issues. Connectivity is excellent, with autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible within walking distance outside the society. Nearby grocery stores and markets add to the convenience. Elevators are installed in all towers for residents' use.read more

Things need improvement

Guest parking is not available within the society premises, so parking must be done outside where space is limited. The construction quality is average, with occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems reported. Essential amenities such as a swimming pool, park, and clubhouse are not available in the society.read more
