Previously called Madgaon, Margao is called the commercial hub of the state of Goa. It is one of Goa's most populous cities and a top-rated tourist center. The roads are always clear, and proper traffic signals are in place. Shops, shopping malls, hospitals, and doctors are all conveniently located nearby. Goa's available football stadium. Football is very popular there. There is a KTC bus stop nearby.

It has fast food restaurants such as Domino's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Charlie Chang's, and Tato's. All of the roads are well maintained, as is the surrounding area. It also has some of the best supermarkets, such as Borkars and Magsons.

Beaches are approximately 6 kilometres away, and markets, shopping malls, cinema halls, and hospitals are approximately 4 kilometres away. The Fatorda Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and a nearby sports club with a large jogging area, swimming pool and playing field.

Goa's film festivals are held at the Raveendra Bhavan Convention Centre locted in this area. There is also public transport available. It's an extremely convenient place to live. The location is well-known, and it is home to Goa's main stadium.

It is walking distance to the bus stop, the stadium and jogging track, and the community hall. There is also a police station nearby. Fatorda is a small city with plenty of greenery and fresh air.
