Good things here

The resident share are all good people, the shops are available on the main road where the schools are near and highly maintained society within active guard. the markets are nearby and the local vendors are permanently placed. there are various colleges in this location.

Safe in the night

Well lit streets

Colleges and schools are nearby so when leaving the students at the same time gets a little bit the high traffics.

Good things here

Excellent Beach Property with the front side facing the star hotels and east side facing the sea. Excellent restaurants and hotels near by.

Low pollution

Things need improvement

Roads are still under construction. Might be expected as soon as more and more hotels and restaurants comes in to operation.
