It is one of the premium polished areas in Jalandhar where everything is available, and shopping malls are available. Moreover, the community in Model Town Jalandhar is diverse and welcoming, with friendly and helpful neighbours who are always ready to lend a helping hand. Safety and security are also top priorities in the area, with well-trained security personnel patrolling the streets and ensuring the safety of all residents.
Roads are unclean and dumping area is not present for the whole area and its a bit unhygienic and locals complained about this dump yard but they did not do anything about that which is a big negative for the residents.

This is an excellent area with where many good outlets and malls are located. Great schools, restaurants and malls are also available in this area. The locality is very well maintained.
The only one problem of this area is that this area is very much crowded and it has a lot of pollution around.

i love there infrastructure and maintenance of the area ,it also provides easy access to local market therefore it is easy to travel and enjoy
the only disadvantage is that it is difficult to travel in car because that area is very crowded due to the market or shops nearby
