Pothinamallayya Palem is a village in Visakhapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located on the banks of the Godavari River. The village has a population of about 2,000 people, who are mostly farmers and fishermen. The village is known for its traditional culture and is home to some of the oldest temples in the region. The village is home to many Hindu temples, including the famous Pothinamallayya Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is more than 400-years-old, and is known for its intricate carvings and architecture.
