rajouri garden is a vibrant and thrilling neighborhood in west delhi renowned for its market delectable street food and convenient location.The area boast vibrant market offering a wide range of product from apparel to home goods to electronics. Rajouri garden iss a foodie paradise with numerous food stalls serving mouth-watering delicaies like chole bhature,chaat and tikkas. The neighborhood is well connected to other parts of delhi ncr via metro and bus.There are many malls in 5 km radius like Pacific mall,City Square mall. There are many hospitals like Manipal Hospitals, Fortis Hospitals

Things need improvement

The area often faaces peak traffic congestion especially during peak hours.The high volume of traffic and commercial activities contribute to air and noise pollution.Finding parking space can be a issue here especially during peak hours weekends.Some area still have old infrastructure such as poor roads,buildings.

Additionally, there is plenty of parking available for vehicles. Cabs, autos, Ola, Uber, and taxis are easily accessible. the area also experiences minimal pollution.

Things need improvement

Water shortages are becoming more common as the supply relies heavily on electricity. When the power goes out, the water supply is impacted. Police patrols become inconvenient, which can lead to occasional crime issues. Traffic jams are a major problem during peak hours, and road conditions can deteriorate even further when it rains, due to inadequate maintenance. Additionally, there is no metro connectivity available.

Restaurants hot Street foods are Totally accessible Several clean parks within a three kilometre radius offered ample space for leissure. There is amble parking available for vehicles and cabs autos Ola and taxi are easily obtainable Locality also experiences minimal pollution.

Things need improvement

And the nearest metro connection is also seven kilometres away. Markets and shopping malls are about 8KILOMETRES distant traffic condition, particularly on rainy days Is common and it is not very safe to ensure out late at night due to the presence of some unfamiliar individuals Additionally, there are very few street lights in this area.

Good things here

It's like living a lavish lifestyle as it's so lively and enjoyable here. Schools, hospitals, metro, malls, restaurants everything is available here. You won't feel alone here. I visited once during my college days here.

The house is near to the Market place and has two side wide roads, entrance from both sides and is highly suitable for Doctors, CA's and self employed professionals.

Things need improvement

construction of Floors by builders in the area is rising and parking could be a conern in years to come
