We have mix community in our society and we all stay together celebrate together .this society is 30 yrs old but as such it is quite well maintained and neat and clean.connectivity is good and maintainance is good

Morning and evening time slot for gym is allocated to mens only,so working women has to go outside the apartment for gyming .and gender discrimination should be done,and secondly local fruit and vegatable vendors inside the apartments charges are double ,so it should not be happen

Good things here

Build quality of the apartment was good beacause as far as i lived there was no issues regarding anything.All the modern amenities were available in the society and tenats were allowed to use them without paying extra.All the festivals were celebrated in the society.High securiy system had been adopted as there were 24/7 security gaurd and cctv in the society.

Things need improvement

Rooms of apartment were not that spacious and there was no balcony attached with rooms.Society can improve its issue resolution process for the betterment of the residents.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Parking space is available for all residents. Visitor's parking space is available. Lift is available. No such major electricity issues is faced. The society is peaceful.

Apart from all this, as pointed out by the locals, the place also has some negative issues. Road accidents are frequent due to potholes on the roads here. It is located at a unhygenic place. Most of the time the local people in this area have to face the problem of waterlogging after heavy rains and this is the reason why the problem of the water supply comes to the fore. There is no street light at this place.

Good things here

I was living in the society 2+years back, so according to that I am telling that the connectivity was nice everything was nearby whther it was markets, Autos or other public transports. Maintenance was also taken care by the Committee Members. If there was any issue raised by the Residents it gets resolved timely. Constrcution was also a plus point as there were no such seepage problem, ventialed flats were constructed, People were nice, friendly.

Good things here

I have been living in this society for the past 18 years, and it's truly amazing. I have never faced any major issues, and minor ones are resolved easily. If we need to go out, autos and rickshaws are available nearby, and markets are close. Maintenance is excellent, with top-notch cleanliness and no issues with garbage disposal. The lifts and CCTV are serviced on time, and all these services are provided at a very low maintenance charge of just Rs. 4000. The people in my society are very friendly, and the environment is peaceful.

Best locality for taking the plot as I liked the range of services and facilities it provides. The streetlights are started from 6 PM onwards. Also the locality is well maintained. I have never faced pollution issue here. There is no frequent power cuts seen in my area. I certainly feel safe with my here even in night time.

Ghatkopar West is a lovely neighbourhood. It is easily accessible from Ghatkopar Railway Station and Metro Station. LBS Marg is relatively close to all of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai by train, and the bus market is just a 5-minute walk away. All basic amenities, such as hospitals, excellent schools, prestigious colleges, and markets, are close. It is also conveniently located near Vidya Vihar, Kurla, Andheri, and Powai. It is close to Saki Naka as well as the domestic and international Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Airports. Starting Metro will add to the existing convenience that this neighbourhood presently offers. There are a few well-known malls, such as R-city and Phoenix Market City, that include excellent entertainment theatres.

There are public bathrooms in every part of Ghatkopar West, which is fantastic. Ghatkopar West is a pleasant and clean neighbourhood. You will notice that the residents of Ghatkopar West are extremely conscientious about hygiene, and they strictly adhere to all hygiene regulations. At the same time, the inhabitants of Ghatkopar West are very clean since the garbage cans in Ghatkopar West are taken to the civil society and all garbage is placed in the right bins. There is cleanliness in every community in Ghatkopar West, and at the same time, many citizens and people live in that civilization.

The site provides outstanding connectivity to all aspects, including Metro, Bus station, Local station, and road connectivity. The expressway and the airport are also accessible. Walking distance to the vegetable and fruit market and the restaurants here are quite excellent and serve great food. There is also a street food heaven here. The school and college are both nearby. The shopping centres are easily accessible, and there is a Walmart store nearby. There are numerous movie theatres to choose from. The Jain temples and other temples are also nearby; the water supply is adequate, and there are no power outages. This location is secure. It is an excellent area to reside.

My neighbourhood provides access to everything within 1-2 kilometres such as a hospital and a shopping mall, all within 1 km. My local railway station and metro railway station are both less than 5 minutes apart. Public transport is available at all times. The night becomes quiet, yet it is safe since guards are stationed around every corner.
