The society's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene is commendable, with regular garbage collection and proper segregation of waste ensuring a clean and healthy environment for everyone. The availability of allotted parking spaces, well-functioning lifts, and round-the-clock water and electricity supply contribute to a hassle-free living experience. And the good construction quality of the buildings ensures that residents don't have to worry about common issues like seepage or leakage. The abundance of natural light and ventilation in the apartments adds to the comfort of living here, while the presence of security guards and CCTV cameras provides a sense of safety and security for all residents. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Security guards are available. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Street dog issues are not faced. read more

Good things here

I lived there a few years back. The transportation connectivity was good, with a nearby metro station and accessible battery rickshaws. There were also three decent parks. read more

Things need improvement

However, there were several significant drawbacks. Bus stands were far away, and autos and rickshaws were not easily available. The area felt unsafe, prone to snatching and robbery, and traveling after 8 pm was discouraged due to safety concerns. There was a lack of street lighting, no nearby police station, and no surveillance cameras. Maintenance was inefficient, with unhygienic areas, water logging, and stagnant water posing a risk of dengue and malaria from mosquitoes. The construction quality was poor, evident in seepage issues, broken stairs, aging buildings, and walls in urgent need of repair. There were no barriers or entry/exit registers, and despite the presence of security guards, robberies occurred due to non-functional CCTVs. Basic amenities were lacking, and the parks were poorly maintained, without separate spaces for kids and adults. Additionally, the nearby residents were uncooperative and led isolated lives. read more

There is no issue of traffic outside the society , there is no issue of ceiling and seepage in the society , the neighbours are quit friendly and coperative in the society read more

Things need improvement

Society is quit old so there are not modern amenities in the society like gym,clubhouse,swimming pool , no lift in the society read more

Good things here

The public transport is nearby for them, CCTV's works well. They don't face water logging in the society or nearby area in rainy season. The most like thing in the society is open area in the premises. read more

Things need improvement

Lifts doesn't work properly, They have seepage & seelan issue in the society, Cleanliness should be improved in the society. They don't have amenties in the society premises but it is available near the market area. read more
