All amenities are well-maintained, and the residents are polite. Schools are conveniently located near the society, and the greenery is well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Cleaning of the society is not up to the mark, especially the drainage cleaning, which needs improvement. The capacity of drainage tanks also needs to be increased. read more

Good things here

One of the largest society in the city. It is a low rise society with superb ventilation and space. Loaded with amenitie like Grand Clubhouse, Swimming pool, indoor badmintion court, Gym, kids play areas and many more. The Parking area is very spacious and very clean. Maintaining of the lift is good. The security is great with CCTV installed in common areas. The greenary in the apartment and the surrounding areas is second to none. People are very positive minded. Mostly govt. servants are residing in the society. read more

Connectivity like autos and cabs are not available in during night. Maintenance of the clubhouse could be improved. There is seepage issues during rainy season. read more
