Good things here

My experience in the society was really positive. It had all the main amenities I needed, like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, and they were all well-maintained, which made life much more convenient. The cleanliness and timely garbage collection also added to the pleasant atmosphere. Connectivity was excellent, with services like Ola and Uber readily available, making it easy to get around. And having well-constructed roads and ample parking lots without any issues was a big relief. Security was another area where the society excelled. With power backup available, I never had to worry about power cuts disrupting my day-to-day activities. But what really made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming nature of the people in the society. It felt like a true community, and that sense of belonging made all the difference. read more

Furthermore, seepage issues, particularly evident in the washrooms, persist despite attempts at repair. In a concerning incident, a portion of the slab has collapsed, highlighting structural integrity concerns that need urgent attention. Regrettably, communication with the maintenance office regarding these pressing matters has been futile, as there has been no response or action taken to address residents' concerns. Compounding the issue, the fire exit, designated for the safety of all occupants, is being misused as a dumping ground, attracting foul odors and posing potential safety hazards.
