There is an elevation of 15 metres while the Panvel Municipal Corporation is the governing entity for the locality. The coordinates are 19.0328° N, 73.1012° E. Kalamboli is known for housing the Navi Mumbai Police Headquarters along with the CIDCO Sewage Water Treatment Plant. It is also home to the biggest marble market in the region.
