Consistent and reliable electricity supply with no reported issues. 24/7 availability of water supply within the society. Good construction quality, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems in the apartment. Proper ventilation in the flat, enhancing comfort for residents. Availability of amenities such as a clubhouse, park, and play area for kids within the society. Installation of CCTV cameras for enhanced security. Functional lifts for convenience and accessibility. I feel really lucky to live in such a great community. The buildings are well-made, and the design keeps our homes airy and comfortable. Everything is well-maintained with regular cleaning and working elevators. We have reliable power backup and a steady water supply, which are very convenient. It's also easy to get around with the nearby metro station and access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses. The roads are in good shape, and the neighborhood is friendly and pet-friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.read more
