Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility operates smoothly 24/7 in the city, and there's also power backup available. Garbage collection is very efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The greenery in the society is very good, enhancing the ambiance. Public transportation like buses is available within a convenient walking distance of around 300 meters from the society. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitors' parking area.read more

Things need improvement

There are traffic issues on the main road of the society, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, pollution is a concern due to the nearby main road. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The roads are in very bad condition, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, public transportation like buses is conveniently accessible within 200 meters from the society.read more

The metro connection is quite distant from the society, approximately 3-4 km away. However, the maintenance care experience within the society itself is good. Unfortunately, cleaning outside the society leaves much to be desired, with roads not being well-maintained.read more

Water facilities are very good, available 24/7 in the city. Power backup is also available in the city. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the city. Greenery in the society is well maintained and contributes to a pleasant environment. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3000-4000 rupees, which we are paying in the city. Parking facilities are spacious. There are designated visitor parking spots in the society.read more
