I'm grateful to say that the people in our society are truly wonderful. They are nice, friendly, cooperative, and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. In terms of transportation, I find the frequency of public transportation around the society to be quite good. It's easy to find cabs, and overall, transportation options are readily available, making commuting convenient for residents.read more

The condition of the roads around our society is quite poor, which poses a lot of problems for residents. Unfortunately, there seems to be no maintenance of the society at all. Maintenance services are lacking, and essential tasks such as garbage collection are not done on time, leading to further inconvenience for residents. Overall, the maintenance standards in the society are very poor, with nothing being properly maintained. Despite the availability of amenities, nothing seems to be functional. For instance, the swimming pool has been closed for the last five years and is not being utilized at all. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is not up to standard, as evidenced by the major issue of seepage. While the society is well-ventilated and receives proper sunlight, the materials used in construction may be of poor quality, contributing to the seepage problem.read more

Living in a society of independent houses has been a great experience for me, especially without any seepage problems. I've been a resident here for 18 years, and I haven't encountered any issues so far, which speaks volumes about the quality of living. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) committee does an excellent job of maintaining everything and ensuring cleanliness throughout the society. The connectivity around the society is amazing, with nearby metro stations, schools, hospitals, markets, and well-built roads, which never pose any traffic problems. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, are available and well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of life.
