Good things here
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Drainange system is very good in the society.read more
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The wait time is sometimes more while taking a public transport. constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Water supply issues are faced sometimes in the society, most of the time water is not available as it is used. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Park is available but parks are not maintained properly in this society. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are not celebrated together in the society.read more

Good things here
Connectivity with IT companies and shopping malls via FNG expressway make it well conencted with NCR. The society has amenities, parking and CCTVs for security. The construction quality was good. Connectivity of transport was good. Through festivals everyone get toggether and enjoyread more
Things need improvement
Merto station is not near by the society its very far from society around 10 to 15km.

Good things here
Our neighborhood was super easy to get around, with the metro station close by and great roads without any traffic jams. Everything always looked tidy and well-kept, which was a plus point. Adding on to this, we never had to worry about leaks or seepage, which was a big relief. It was nice having parks nearby to relax in, and celebrating festivals together made the community feel like home. Living here was just really comfortable and enjoyable overall.read more
Things need improvement
The only problem with the society was that Gyms, swimming pools and club houses are still under constuction. They haven'y been completed yet. Societie's Management should take into this consideration to ensure the fulfillment of amenities and facilities.read more

Good things here
Metro is there, busses, erickshaw are easily available, main route connectivity kaafi acchi h centre m h society so if Delhi, Greater Noida travel krna ho we can easily go. I have not face seepage issue till yet. Garden area, temple, Badminton court, Volleyball court is there. People: are very freindly, all are residing with families, fesrivals and functions are celebrated here.read more

Water issue is there, electricity supply is not very frequent, Also there is no power backup in the society. Apart from that the quality of construction is not good as per the standard, plaster of walls are not good. plaster material is of bad quality. Swimming pool and clubhouse are under consrruction.read more

No issue of leakage or seepage. Cabs were available. Lift was present in the society.
Things need improvement
No CCTV Camera were there. No swimming, no gym was there. People were below average. Roads were not good near the society.No malls nearby.read more
