Living here is convenient with good connectivity and easily accessible public transport. Having a school and market nearby adds to the convenience. The construction quality is excellent, and proper ventilation in the apartments enhances comfort. Each resident having designated parking and the community adhering to rules are appreciated. The regular garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste is well-maintained, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the sense of security.read more

Things need improvement

One issue during my stay was that the amenities were not accessible due to the COVID-19 situation. However, this is not an ongoing issue for me, and otherwise, everything else is great and meets my expectations.read more

Its a well-connected society, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. The community has amenities like a park, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Excellent parking and security.read more

I moved out of this society, and at that time, the greenery was commendable. Additionally, the flats were well-designed and spacious. The location of the society provides excellent connectivity, with a bus facility within walking distance and several hospitals located approximately 2 km away. Maintenance services such as water supply, cleanliness, waste management, and power backup are all well-executed. The construction quality is high, with no visible signs of cracks in the walls. Amenities such as the gym, pool, clubhouse, and play area are well-maintained, and there is reliable security ensuring resident's safety.read more

The major problem in society is that it's situated right alongside the main road. Because of this, there is a lot of noise from passing vehicles.read more
