The sense of community is very good in the society; people are cooperative and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. Maintenance of lifts is efficient; any repairs are promptly addressed within 2 days by the association. Amenities like the gym are well-equipped and well-maintained, and there's a special transportation bus available along with the option to use our own vehicles. The swimming pool is also well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking space is spacious. Public transportation like buses is conveniently available within a 50-meter radius of the society. The greenery in the society is abundant. The kids' play area is spacious and enjoyable. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with daily collection at specified times.read more

Construction quality seems to be weak because there are some seepages in the bathrooms, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, there are minor issues, and nearby traffic problems, particularly during the evenings, can be bothersome.
