Issues are promptly addressed, and the presence of CCTV cameras enhances security. Elevators are operational and functioning properly. The amenities are outdated, and there is no play area available. Additionally, the construction quality in the society is very poor, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster.read more

The biggest plus point of the society is that the flats have excellent ventilation and receive sufficient sunlight. Cleanliness is maintained, maintenance charges are justified, and there is no issue with leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities. Autos, buses, and cabs are easily accessible from the society. The roads near the society are well-maintained. There is enough greenery. There is no traffic near the society. Festivals are celebrated collectively by the residents.read more

The society has a borewell for drinking water, but sometimes tankers need to be called for water supply, as there is no Kaveri water connection available in the society.read more

Living here is great! Maintenance is top-notch - water's always on, and we've got power backup. They're religious about garbage collection, keeping the place spotless. The buildings are solid, no leaks or issues. Parking's a breeze, tons of space for everyone. We've got all the shops we need within walking distance.read more

Connectivity here is not available and is very inconvenient. If we book a ride, it won't be available in the area. Public transportation options are not available nearby. Metro stations are quite far, about 2 kilometers away. Hospitals are located around 3-4 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient during emergencies.read more

It�s a small society where people are friendly and everyone knows each other. The management conducts festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganesh Pooja. Connectivity-wise, within 3 km, there is a bus stop, supermarket, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and children�s play area. Garbage is collected timely, and the lift maintenance is good.read more
