Good things here
I was a former resident at Dev Exotica. The connectivity of the society was really good, we used to get autos, e-rickshaws,buses nearby. Bus stop was also nearby. Roads are well constructed. No maintenance issues were faced in that society. Quality of peope was good, everyone was friendly and always try to maintain the society.read more
Things need improvement
The biggest problem that we faced in the society was related to the construction quality. We often faced the problems like drainage, seepage in that society. Plaster used was not of the good quality. Then again there were limited amenities such as there were no swimming pools, no gyms, no clubhouses which shows that society needs to focus on increasing the amenities .read more

Maintenance facilities are excellent, with a proactive managing committee promptly resolving any issues that arise. The residents are cooperative and friendly, celebrating all cultural events together. The society is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.read more

The cleaning staff appear to be somewhat lazy, leading to subpar cleanliness standards. Additionally, the construction quality is below average, with various issues and cracks throughout the building. Good things here
The connectivity with tersm of auto is there, people ususually use their private vehicle but if and when needed even the public transporttaion is there. No issue of seepage in the building, even tho its an old society. There is market for every basic need, naerby only.read more

Usually you've to get things fixed on your own with your own expenditure as the society doesnt cover most fo the maintennace charges, There is no swimming pool or gym facility in the soicety.read more

Public transport issues like train was not available in this area . on rainy season roads and basement loging with water.read more
