Water availability is reliable, and there are backup power systems in place. Garbage collection is efficient, separating wet and dry waste for convenience. Cleanliness is well-maintained, thanks to diligent housekeeping both indoors and outdoors. Conveniently, essential facilities such as grocery shops and vegetable markets are within walking distance. Parking is ample in the society's basement parking area, adding to resident convenience.read more

There is no designated visitor parking available within the society, which poses an inconvenience for guests and residents. Hospitals are located quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away, making medical access less convenient. Maintenance of the society is diligently maintained with very good water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it daily ensuring cleanliness. People are very satisfied with the management of facilities. The locality is very good; we have had a positive experience here. People are very friendly in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or cleanliness issues in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Parking areas are spacious and convenient in the society. Facilities like food stalls, vegetable markets, and bakeries are within walking distance, which is very convenient.read more

The lack of available transportation options made commuting extremely difficult and inconvenient. This issue alone significantly impacted the overall livability. Moreover, there is room for improvement in almost every parameter. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and clubhouse, need better maintenance and upgrades. The management could also be more responsive and effective in addressing residents' concerns.read more

Good things here

I really loved the greenery and the beautifully designed exterior of our society. The connectivity, although not perfect, was decent enough with autorickshaws and cabs readily available. They did a great job with regular garbage collection, ensuring proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Despite the amenities being there, we unfortunately couldn't use them much due to the COVID-19 restrictions. However, I must say, the swimming pool was in a fantastic location, which was a big plus. The neighborhood was also quite nice, with convenient access to autorickshaws and cabs.read more

Things need improvement

One major issue we faced was with leakage in the past, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while all the amenities were available, their use was restricted during COVID-19, which was disappointing.read more

Good things here

I appreciate the proximity of schools, hospitals, and markets. The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport, and the roads are in good condition. There is regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation, and the overall maintenance of the society is great. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. The construction quality is decent, with proper ventilation. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and maintained. Additionally, the neighbors are nice and friendly.read more

Things need improvement

The gym lacks proper maintenance and equipment; there should be more and better gym equipment. Other than that, everything is awesome, and I can't think of any other aspect of the society that requires improvement.read more
