Good things here

Five years ago, during the COVID pandemic, I lived in a community where the surrounding people were exceptionally friendly and cooperative. They provided great support and celebrated various festivals together. Connectivity-wise, essential facilities such as shopping malls, schools, hospitals, theaters, and restaurants were all within a 4-kilometer radius. Street lights were functional, ensuring safety at night, and ample parking space was available. The amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area, were well-maintained. Maintenance was thorough, with daily cleaning and regular door-to-door garbage collection. The lift operated smoothly, and there was uninterrupted water and power supply 24/7. Construction quality was excellent, as I never encountered any issues with cracks, and proper ventilation ensured a comfortable living environment overall.read more

The road quality outside the community is poor, characterized by potholes and uneven surfaces, which may pose challenges for commuting and vehicle maintenance in the area.read more

Good things here

In this society, festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dasara, Holi, and Diwali, as well as celebrations like Independence Day and Republic Day, are well-organized by the committee members. They conduct programs suitable for all age groups during holidays, which is excellent. The connectivity of the society is also commendable; vegetable and fruit markets are within walking distance, along with easy access to supermarkets, bus stops, and schools within a 1 to 2km radius. The construction quality of the society is excellent; we have not encountered any complaints regarding seepage, and the house structures are well-designed. Maintenance is also well-handled, with the association responding promptly. The society's amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and children's play area, are of high quality.read more

I moved out of that society about three years ago, and during my time there, there was a ventilation issue on the ground floor, particularly in the parking area, which was totally dark. Additionally, there was no metro access to this area.read more

It follows a lifestyle of ‚ walk to work‚ with EPIP (Export Promotion Industrial Park) & ITP-B (International Tech Park - Bangalore) in the vicinity. The EPIP is one of the country's first Information Technology Parks and ITP-B houses offices of many IT and ITES companies. The location also enjoys excellent connectivity to the major MNC‚ s like Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, HP, Capgemini, Tata Elxsi, ITPL, Brigade Tech Park, Bhoruka Tech Park and many more. Apart from Balagare Road, there are two other major four-lane roads that connect Varthur to Bangalore city. These roads are Whitefield Road via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road via Marathahalli.
