Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste, which adds to the convenience. The community is known for its friendly residents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where every festival is celebrated with community get-togethers. Public transportation is conveniently located within walking distance, enhancing accessibility for residents. Having moved to this society from the city 2 years ago, I've found the construction quality to be very good, with no leaks and well-maintained sewage systems, which is very reassuring. Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. Maintenance in the society is very good. Water facilities are very good, and there is a power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste twice a week in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable at around 2. 5 rupees per square foot. Parking areas are plentiful, and there is visitor parking available, which is very convenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained within the society, making it very safe.read more

Good things here

Having a school, hospital, and market nearby was incredibly convenient. The designated parking for each resident made life easier, and the connectivity was solid, with public transport readily available. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation was a plus, and the elevators were always in good working order. The apartment itself was spacious with proper ventilation, and the society offered amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The neighbors were friendly and humble, which made the living experience even better.read more

There was a frequent seepage issue in the society that needed attention. Additionally, the amenities, while present, required improvement and proper maintenance. Other than that, everything else was good.read more

The place is good to live Maintenance is good but the swimming pool water should be more deep. The public transport like buses are available from 100km away from here, but yeah you can get there by auto easily. Gym, reliance complex all are nearby. The area has no traffic issues, with easy availability of cabs and autos. It offers basement parking and good amenities like a very clean swimming pool, a great gym with excellent equipment, a well-maintained garden, and properly functioning elevators.read more

The maintenance was not up to the mark, with a major issue of cockroaches. The construction quality was average, with easily breakable plaster and poor fittings. The society was not pet-friendly, causing issues for pet owners.read more
