Facilities such as grocery shops and markets are quite far from the society, approximately 3-4 kilometers away. Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, and the electricity bill is high. The parking area within the society is not spacious enough. The association's management is lacking, with ineffective rules and poor enforcement. There are issues with seepage in the basement parking area. The maintenance of the lift is inadequate, and it is too small for the needs of the society.read more
