Paranjape Schemes has completed real estate projects with a total area of 15.6 million sqft along with under-construction and upcoming properties spanning an area of around 20 million sqft. It has a land bank of 24.6 million sqft area.
Paranjape Schemes has recently completed 53 residential projects in total and is working on 13 ongoing projects. The properties range from compact 1BHK apartments of 600 sqft to lavish villas of 4 and 5BHK layouts of 4,000 sqft.
