Good things here

The environment is also very clean and appealing, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, there are a variety of shopping options available, including malls, showrooms, medical stores, and numerous local shops for electronics, apparel, and groceries. It's a lively and bustling area!

This area is only 300m from a metro station. And it has an excellent public transport system. The roads are in good condition. Markets are so close that they are only about 100m apart.

It's quite good and peaceful, people are nice, all the necessary things and services are available, you've got necessary infrastructure here, and there are few parks nearby, you don't feel threatened or unsafe.

Hospitals are within a 5-kilometer radius and of reasonable quality. Schools are also nearby, with good facilities for government schools. At night, street lights are also turned on. The government also provides us with free Wi-Fi.
