Good things here

I was staying there in rent, the owner used to pay the maintainance fee,the society was very clean and maintained. People in the society are quite friendly, cultural events & festivals are celebrated together. Connectivity around the society was very good and public transport was easily accessible outside the society.read more

Things need improvement

Metro was far away, public transport is needed to reach metro which is quite far There are no gym, swimming pool or club house present in the society. Parking area is not available The construction is not good in the society, residents timely faced leakage, seapage issues which was very random.read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Paintings are done on time in the common areas.read more

The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. weekly maintainance are done, daily cleaning is not done.read more
