Parking is never a concern, with designated spots provided for each resident within the premises. The excellent connectivity of the area, coupled with the availability of public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, ensures that getting around is convenient and hassle-free. The well-maintained roads further contribute to smooth commuting experiences. Residents enjoy the comfort of modern living with elevators installed and meticulously maintained for easy access to different floors. The community boasts uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, providing peace of mind to all residents. One of the standout features of this community is its exceptional construction quality, free from seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation, along with high-quality plaster and fittings, ensures comfortable living spaces for all residents. However, what truly sets this community apart is its vibrant and supportive neighborhood. Living in our neighborhood has its perks, but there are some aspects that could use improvement. Firstly, the absence of a nearby school is inconvenient for families with children, requiring them to travel a significant distance for education. Moreover, the issue with garbage collection is quite bothersome; not only is the segregation of waste lacking, but proper disposal seems to be a recurring problem as well. Additionally, the absence of modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool limits recreational options for residents. Lastly, the lack of CCTV surveillance raises concerns about security within the neighborhood. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the overall quality of life in our community.read more

Improving the maintenance of the garden area and greenery would enhance the overall ambiance of the society. Additionally, addressing construction quality issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems is crucial for ensuring the structural integrity of the buildings. It's particularly concerning that the wall quality is subpar and tends to deteriorate. These issues should be addressed promptly to maintain the aesthetic appeal and structural soundness of the society.read more

I noticed that the amenities in our society are slightly lacking, so I feel there should be some improvement in that regard. Additionally, there are no EV charging sockets in our society, which I believe should be installed as it is a necessity for everyone. Easy access to charging sockets is essential for residents like me who own electric vehicles. Adding this infrastructure would greatly enhance the convenience and sustainability of our community.read more

In this neighborhood, there's a significant amount of wasted RO water, so it's crucial to address this issue. One suggestion is to halt the waste and consider constructing a water swimming pool within the society, which would greatly benefit the residents. Additionally, there's a concern about water logging on the roads outside the society, especially during rainfall, which can lead to unsanitary conditions.read more
