Good things here

The amenities in the society are commendable, including swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, gymnasium, podium, etc., all of which are well-maintained and fully functional. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, fostering a positive community atmosphere. The lifts are well-maintained, with regular servicing ensuring their functionality. Additionally, the planning is evident, with daily garbage collection being carried out effectively.

Things need improvement

Auto cabs are not available nearby the society, and there are no malls nearby either. The quality of the roads outside the society is poor, with ongoing construction work causing frequent disruptions and safety hazards. The construction quality of the building is also poor, with unresolved seepage problems throughout. Additionally, the water supply is insufficient, and there are no CCTV cameras installed in the society, leading to inadequate security measures.

Good things here

Transportation may be standard in this location, but it's still reliable enough to get around. The buildings might be average, but the friendly atmosphere created by the people more than makes up for it. Plus, having schools and hospitals nearby adds to the convenience of living here.

Not having a metro nearby for transportation is a big hassle. But what's even worse is that the people in the area aren't friendly at all.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced.

Good things here

Shifted 2 years back. Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses. Maintenance was great with timely disposal of garbage. Construction quality was good with new buildings and infrastructure. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Residents were friendly and cooperative.

Good things here

Hospitals and schools are available nearby. Online fecilities are delivered easily in this society. Open space parks and open gym is available in the society. Garden is available in the society.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are not easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is a bit issues. It takes more than one hour to get auto and rikshaws There are no nearby Markets, grocery, mall, restaurants are not available around the society The construction quality of the buildings is average, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats. People are not that cooperative and friendly in the society, there is no equality maintained in the society, sometimes without any reason quarrels happens in the society and timely problems are not resolved. People don't have patience for any improvements that's done in the society. Stray dog issues are faced a lot inside the society premises. Even pet dogs makes the society dirty as owners does not take any responsibility for it. The society is not kept clean and timely maintainance is not done. Swimmingpool and club house are not available in the society.

Good things here

The only positive thing she said about the society is that the people are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Festivals itne acche se aur saath manaye jaate hain ki apne ghar ki yaad nahi aati.

Roads are very narrow around the society, crowded hai jagah. Drainage system is not good, water logging issues are faced in the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Paintings are not done on time in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Water supply issues are also faced sometimes.

Society accha hai, koi dikkat nahi hai. Walking distance pe school aur hospitals availabe hain. Drainage proper hai. Society me painting bhi hota hai time to time. Facilities achi hain sab available hain yaha pe. Society ka cleanliness bhi plus point hai.

Society me leakage/seepage ka issue hai, gharon ke andar hain yeh issues. Waterlogging ka issue hai society ke bahar, baarisho me hota hai waterlogging ka issue hai. Thodi parking extra ho sakti hai toh better hoga.

Some of the points that I dislike about this area is that there is water logging on roads after the rain and it makes very much difficult in rainy season. One more point is that there is no space for parking 4 wheelers in the area.

Good things here

The schools,Malls and restaurants are located nearby.The quality of roads are not good and traffic is high but there is clogging also in monsoons. There is no water shortage. Transportation and cab is also available easily.And facility of hospitals are also nearby and it is great

Additionally, it is a short walk from our homes to the markets. Current facilities are available 24/7. Decent doctors and a good hospital are doing a good job. Police arrive to patrol every day. And every day, our region is tidy and sanitary.

Our apartment has a watchman on duty 24 hours a day, so we weren't concerned about intruders. It also has decent public transportation, easy access to cabs and cars, the ability to leave the building at any time without being bothered, friendly neighbours, a hospital close by, and a gym with trainers.

Current facilities are available 24/7. Decent doctors and a good hospital are doing a good job. Police arrive to patrol every day. And everyone contributes to keeping our neighbourhood clean and hygienic. There's no pollution. One of Ahmedabad's most promising neighbourhoods is Maninagar.
